All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions.
Refund policies vary by course and are determined by individual instructors. Please review the refund policy for each course before purchasing. If a course has a refund policy, refunds must be requested within the specified time period.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NODUS DIGITAL ARTISTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
